General Terms & Conditions (CGU)

1. Object
These General Terms and Conditions (CGU) define the terms of use of the Yara platform, operated by Yara Intelligence SAS. By using the platform, you accept these conditions in full.
2. Access to the Service
The Service is accessible online at app.yarasociety.ai. Access requires creating an account and subscribing to a paid plan. Yara Intelligence reserves the right to temporarily suspend access for maintenance or updates.
3. User Obligations
The user agrees to: - Provide accurate and up-to-date information - Maintain the confidentiality of their account credentials - Use the Service in compliance with applicable laws - Not attempt to disrupt or compromise the Service
4. Pricing and Payment
Prices are displayed in the currency applicable to the user's region. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, in advance. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
Users may cancel their subscription at any time through the Billing section of the dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No pro-rata refunds are provided for partial periods.
6. Liability
Yara Intelligence provides the Service on an "as is" basis. We make reasonable efforts to ensure availability and reliability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the user in the 12 months preceding any claim.
7. Applicable Law
These CGU are governed by French law. Any dispute arising from the use of the Service shall be submitted to the competent courts of Paris, France.
