Yara provides a voice AI automation platform that helps businesses handle customer calls, reservations, and support inquiries using intelligent AI agents. The Service includes AI agent configuration, call management, analytics, workflow automation, and related features.
3. User Accounts
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Service. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its related systems.
5. Subscription and Billing
The Service is offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be provided for partial billing periods.

8. Limitation of Liability
